Booth Statistics


Booth Chats:

  • The ability for registered visitors to chat live with company booth reps
  • The ability to turn your availably on or off based on your staffs availability for the show hours

Booth Staff:

  • List of registered booth staff
  • Each staff member gets their own personal video meeting room that they can send to attendees to meet face-to-face

Company Meetings:

  • Your companies booth will have a button that says “request meeting” these requests then show in the Exhibitor Control Center (ECC) where you can then accept or decline the meeting

Meeting Availability:

  • You are able to set your staffs availability for the show hours when you would like attendees to be able to book meetings with you.
  • You are also able to turn the meeting request on or off if you wish to not use this feature

Booth Stats:

Company booth staff (exhibitor registrations) can view basic stats, the names of the people, and download a full excel file leads list for the following areas:

  • Profile hits – The number of times their booth has was visited
  • Website hits – The number of times a person has clicked on their website or social links
  • File Downloads – The number of individual files downloaded
  • Video Views – The number of views for all your videos
  • Chats – the number of individual chats
  • Email Messages – The number of email message received
  • Request Meetings – The number of meeting requests received
  • Survey Link Hits – The number of times their company survey meeting url was clicked
  • Schedule Link Hits – The number of times their company meeting schedule url was clicked
  • Product Hits – Exhibitors can generate leads when visitors view their products in the directory
